How do I activate two-factor authentication (2FA) on ThinkPortal?

To activate your two-factor authentication (2FA)

  1. Log into your ThinkPortal account at .
  2. Click on your profile settings in the top right corner.
  3. Click on the Security Tab.
  4. Download and install the Google Authenticator app for your device.
  5. Activate two-factor authentication by clicking the toggle below.
  6. Open the Google Authenticator app on your mobile device. Scan the QR code or enter the code manually.
  7. Enter the one-time security code from the Google Authenticator app to confirm the account is linked.
  8. Click Activate.
