Step 1: Log in to ThinkPortal.
Step 2: Click the ‘Dashboard’ on the left to see a list of all your live and demo accounts.
Step 3: Find the required trading account and click ‘View’. You will see detailed information about your account.
Step 4: Click ‘MT4/MT5 account settings’ and then click ‘Reset’ and you will see a pop-up window.
Step 5: Use your current ThinkPortal account password as a verification method and enter your new MT4/MT5 account password in the ‘New MT4/MT5 Login Password’ field.
Step 6: Click 'Update’, and your MT4/MT5 account password will be updated instantly. You will also receive an email to your registered email address confirming that your password has been reset.
