I cannot login to my ThinkTrader account.

 

 

1. 'Invalid or missing password' error.

Please double-check whether you have entered the correct email and password and make sure you did not include any extra blank spaces or capitalisations by accident.

If all the details are correct, but you are still unable to log in, click ‘Forgotten password’ and follow the instructions to reset your password.

2. Connection error (applicable only for ThinkTrader desktop app)

  • Windows: press the ALT key on your keyboard, then click 'File' and choose the 'Clear user data' tab. Once completed, restart the platform, and log in with your email and password.
  • Mac: reinstall the platform.
