What happens if I deposit fiat?
If you deposit using a fiat payment method, your funds are processed according to the funding method and base currency of your trading account.
ThinkMarkets does not provide a separate internal fiat-to-USDT conversion function.
What if I want my account balance to be in USDT?
You need to create an eligible trading account with USDT selected as the base currency.
Can Support manually change my existing base currency?
No.
The base currency of an existing trading account cannot be changed.
If you need a USDT-based account, create an additional account.
Is depositing cryptocurrency the same as having USDT as a base currency?

A deposit method and an account base currency are different concepts.
