USDT can be selected during the creation of an eligible new trading account in ThinkPortal.
How do I create a USDT-based account?
- Log in to ThinkPortal.
- Select Create Live Account.
- Choose your supported trading platform.
- Select your account type where applicable.
- Open the Base Currency or account-currency option.
- Select USDT if it is available.
- Complete the remaining account settings.
- Create the account.
Which platforms currently support USDT?
USDT is currently supported as a base currency on:
- ThinkTrader;
- MT4;
- MT5.
Can I select USDT after the account has already been created?
No.
You must choose USDT during account creation.
The base currency cannot be changed on an existing trading account.
What if USDT does not appear as an option?
USDT availability can depend on:
- your country of residence;
- account type;
- platform;
- ThinkMarkets entity; and
- current product configuration.
