Why am I unable to upload my documents in ThinkPortal?

If you are unable to upload your documents to ThinkPortal such as KYC documents, please clear your browser cache and cookies and try to log in to the ThinkPortal again. If this step does not help, please send your documents to our Accounts team by email: accounts@thinkmarkets.com
