How do I report a platform issue?

Please contact our agent via Live chat, phone call, log a support request in ThinkPortal or send an email to support@thinkmarkets.com.

To send a support request:

1. Log in to ThinkPortal
2. Navigate to "Support" on the side menu
3. Select "Support Request"
4. Click "Submit New Request"
5. Choose "General Inquiry"
6. Fill out the required fields, specifying the issue
