How do I report a trade dispute?

To assist you further with your request for an investigation into your trading positions, please log a support request directly in ThinkPortal 

1. Log in to ThinkPortal https://portal.thinkmarkets.com/account/login 
2. Navigate to "Support" on the side menu
3. Select "Support Request"
4. Click "New Request"
5. Choose "Trade Investigation"
6. Fill out the required fields, specifying the issue
