Why can’t I trade some of the instruments on my account on MT4/MT5?

The instruments you can trade depend on your account type. Please check your account type in ThinkPortal.

If you have a ThinkZero account, you can only trade symbols that end with ‘x’. For example, "EURUSDx".

To enable all symbols, please right-click any instrument within the ‘Market watch’ panel in MT4/MT5 and select ‘Show all’ from the drop-down.
