To comply with ThinkMarkets’ Anti-Money Laundering guidelines, deposits and withdrawals made by any third party are prohibited.
Please note that we follow the back-to-the-source policy, which means the funds must go back to the same payment method used for the deposit.
For example, if you deposited funds via Skrill, the withdrawal has to be made via Skrill as well. This applies to all payment methods ThinkMarkets offers.
If, for any reason, we are unable to return the funds back to the source, your withdrawal can be processed via bank wire to an account in the same name as the trading account holder.
