How do I update my personal details or email?

If you wish to update your address, phone number or any other personal details, please send an email from your registered email address to support@thinkmarkets.com.

If you wish to update your address specifically, please include a proof of address document in the email.

If you would like to change the email to your ThinkMarkets account, please use your registered email to send your request to support@thinkmarkets.com. Please provide the new email address and reason for the change.

If your previous email is not accessible, please do the following:
1. Use your new email to send a request to support@thinkmarkets.com.
2. Explain the situation why you cannot access your previous email.
3. Provide an ID document, can be a driver licence or passport.
4. Provide a selfie that you are holding the ID document.
