If you have reached the maximum number of live trading accounts available to your profile, you can request an increase.
How do I request an increase?
- Contact Client Support from your registered email address.
- Provide your current trading account number or profile details.
- Explain why you require additional live trading accounts.
The current default maximum is normally 4 live accounts, although some countries have different limits.
An account-limit increase is subject to review and is not guaranteed.
If your request is approved, you can create the additional trading account through ThinkPortal.
