What is the minimum redemption?
You must have at least 250 eligible reward points to redeem.
At the current redemption value:
250 points = USD 25
Do I have to trade before I can redeem?
Yes.
Before any ThinkRewards points can be redeemed, you must have opened at least one trade on your own live ThinkMarkets trading account.
The trade only needs to be opened to satisfy this requirement.
A trade placed on another person's account does not satisfy the requirement.
How do I redeem?
- Log in to ThinkPortal.
- Open ThinkRewards.
- Check your available reward-point balance.
- Select the available redemption option.
- Choose the eligible trading account to receive the cash.
- Confirm the redemption.
Can additional verification be required?
Yes.
ThinkMarkets may require additional KYC or Enhanced Due Diligence checks before a ThinkRewards cash redemption is processed.
How much is each point worth?
The current redemption rate is:
