Redeeming your points is simple and can be done by following the steps below:
- Log in to ThinkPortal
- Select ‘Loyalty Programme’ from the menu
- Go to the ‘Redeem Points’ section
- Enter the number of points to redeem and select the trading account
- Click ‘Redeem Points’
- The cash value will be added to your account balance
